How Do I Export Customers from QuickBooks Desktop?

Log into QuickBooks Desktop

In QuickBooks Desktop, you will select the drop-down from the top menu that says Customers and then Customer Center.

Export Customers from QuickBooks Desktop STRATAFOLIO

Select Excel and the Export Customer List.

Select Excel and Export QuickBooks Desktop Customer

The pop-up will show modifications that you can select. For this purpose, simply select Export

Create new worksheet and export customer in QBD

Once you have completed these steps, you will have an Excel document you can share that lists all the information you have for the customers/tenants set up in your QuickBooks Desktop account.
