We switched from Buildium to STRATAFOLIO because of the ease of management. STRATAFOLIO provides us with notifications of upcoming deadlines, lease escalations and past due rents. This is something we really needed and our other software did not provide. It also is great help for companies that have properties that are not the same and have different types of leases. We are really looking forward to the ease of End of Year CAM reconciliation.

Comprehensive property software designed for the commercial user, either owner or property manager/broker. The staff did an excellent job of getting us onboard including reading every one of our leases in detail and getting the information properly set up in the system. Reason for switching to STRATAFOLIO, Buildium seems to be designed for owners of multi-family properties. Very cumbersome for regular commercial property.

Ease of use and the integration with QBO was a big reason. Also it was more aligned with commercial properties versus multi family. Overall, my experience with STRATAFOLIO has been nothing short of great. I looked at four different property management platforms and found STRATAFOLIO to be a clear choice. Thanks STRATAFOLIO!

Switched from Yardi Breeze. Because I did not care for the accounting aspect of yardi and wanted to use a system that integrated with quickbooks. I liked that they onboarded all my leases for me. I am still learning all the ins and outs of the system. Becuase I did not do the onboarding myself I feel like I had a harder time learning the proper steps to entering new leases. STRATAFOLIO has been very helpful helping me learn it as the situations arise.

Exceptional! Exceeded all expectations. Great Management Tool: The absolute best software for viewing the business as a whole. It brings all of our QuickBooks files together and does all the tedious work to make workflow more efficient. NNN invoicing and work orders to keep track of how much we are spending on each tenant.

Great one-stop shop to house all your real estate management functions. Automates much of the bookwork involved in keeping track of vacancies, current tenants, lease expirations, rent escalations, CAM and leasing documentation. Complex and sophisticated software that interfaces well with QBs Online. Ability to collect rents electronically and maintain insurance certificate requirements. We use Stratafolio for both residential and commercial tenants. Outstanding support team! Very responsive, personable and knowledgeable when helping to answer any questions or to resolve any issues.

I will tell you, that the software is already working. I received a notice today of two leases expiring, that if you had asked me, I would have said they had several years left.
