STRATAFOLIO offers several access levels for the members of an organization. The access levels limit what each user can see and do in STRATAFOLIO. The Property Manager role can add/edit/view leases, tenants, and work orders but cannot see the financials that the owner sees on the dashboard. This is a perfect option for those members of the team who need access to your organization’s information to help run the day-to-day activities but have no need to access financials.

In this article, we go into the step-by-step process of how to add a property manager as a user in STRATAFOLIO. This article provides a step-by-step process for adding a user as Property Manager in STRATAFOLIO.
Adding a User
First, navigate to the Organization that the property manager is associated with.
After that, click on the Three Dots, then select Manage Users.
Next, you arrive at the Organization users dashboard.
Select Add User.
Fill out the user’s contact information and toggle on the property manager option and select Add User.

Your property manager is now added as a user in STRATAFOLIO and will be sent an invite to their provided email where they can set up their account.
Once the property manager has set up their account in STRATAFOLIO they will be able to see and have access to all tenants, leases, and work orders, but will be blocked from the financial information.
