STRATAFOLIO 101: Helpful Tips and Tricks

Did you know STRATAFOLIO can help your organization be on top of expiring leases, lease escalations, and loan maturities? It’s as simple as adding an alert to your profile!

On the top right of your screen, you will see your name with a drop-down box below it. Select My Profile.

Alert Settings

Select the Alert Settings tab and see all the alert options available. Select Edit to make changes to your current selections.

Toggle “On” for the alerts you want to receive an email on and “Save Changes.”

It’s as simple as that. Sit back and know that you will get an email notification for any expiring leases, expiring lease rates that are confirmed and unconfirmed. And,  your notice for your maturing loan will give you plenty of notice for you to take action before your next loan reaches maturity.

Days for Renewal Alert

Just remember to make sure the Days For Renewal Alerts property has the number of days set to when you desire that alert to be sent to you. You can set that property during the creation of a lease or by editing the lease and updating the Lease Renewal section of your lease.
