Adding a Property Manager as a User in STRATAFOLIO

Property Manager User Access Role

STRATAFOLIO offers several access levels for the people in your organization. The access levels limit what each user can see and do in STRATAFOLIO. The Property Manager role can add/edit/view leases, tenants, or work orders but cannot see the financials on your dashboard. This is a perfect option for those members of your team who need access to your organization’s information to help run the day-to-day activities but have no need to see the financials.

To grant someone the Property Manager User Access Role, you will need to have an Admin role, and you will be able to add or edit the access for a user from the STRATAFOLIO’s User Management view.

To do this, follow the step-by-step instructions in the How to Give Access to a User in STRATAFOLIO knowledge base article, and turn on the Property Manager Access Role for the user as shown in the image below.
